excavators, septic tank
+ 0 moreWe had no idea where the tank, so the company had to locate it and dig it up before they pumped. They quoted all costs before and nothing changed except they did not charge to locate it.
Description of Work: We moved into our house in 2002 and the previous owner pumped out the septic tank in 2001. We baby our septic and so had not had it pumped since. Finally decided it was time.

+ -1 moreThey were the only ones that could come out that day. There was a terrible storm with pouring rain and lightning. That didn't stop the guy at all! He was soaked, even his waterproof clothes. He even laughed!
