The service went well.

Very fast, punctual service. Our 19-year old air conditioner quit working. I called them in the late afternoon and by the same time the next day our air conditioner was back to blowing cold air. The technician did warn that our unit may not be fixable next time. We plan to work with Phoenix to replace our unit before it dies.

Phoenix Energy Solutions established themselves as a knowledgeable service provider from the first phone call. Having called another company a few minutes earlier who were unsure of my problem and present more dire possible causes, I was happy with Phoenix's response. They communicated a better understanding of my issue and were able to come out on Sunday, much earlier than their competitor. During the first service visit, the technician was unable to positively identify what the problem was since there was no clear error code on the box and the manufacturer's help desk wasn't open on Sunday although the tech did try to leverage others at Phoenix to identify the problem without a second visit. Unsuccessful, the technician took the necessary information and followed up with the manufacturer during the work week. The manufacturer sent a full converter replacement which the Phoenix tech installed efficiently on the second service visit. My experience working with Phoenix Energy Solutions was very positive and my expenses were only for the hourly labor rate (no increased weekend rate either) since the parts were covered under the manufacturer's warranty. The technician was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in performing the work. I have had no issues with the service or parts since and will definitely use Phoenix Energy Solutions again when needed.

The service was fine. They were on time, fast, and everything was perfect! The price was very competitive.

They suggested a design for my older home that I never thought of. I thought they did a great job. They had a lot of good reviews I found on line. I would recommend their service. They were on time and professional. We mostly dealt with one of the technicians, Richard.

They came out on an extremely hot day. It was about 105 degrees and about 120 in the attic. They did the work because they knew we were in a hurry. They gave the best value for what we got compared to three other estimates we received. We had a smell that was unrelated. They came out to service it for free. They told us to spray some Lysol. It was helpful. They were professional and the service was good.

Richard was very professional. He not only sold us the unit but know about the unit and any rebates that might be applicable.

He responded on time and returned all calls when needed.

The technician showed up on time, and was very friendly and professional. With high-tech tools, he thoroughly examined our ducts and furnace and found no issues (woo hoo!) He actually discovered that our furnace is capable of "two-stage" heating, which saves energy, but our thermostat is only using one of those stages, the high one. He recommended replacing the thermostat, and we decided to go ahead with it. We're super happy, since we'll be saving energy and money this winter!
