"The person who came to give us an estimate gave us a fair price however told us that they wouldn't be able to remove the stump without damaging the fence. We explained the fence will be getting replaced in the near future to which he responded that when that time came to call them and they will come back out to finish the job. When we called to schedule this, it took 3 weeks to get an answer back from the company. When someone finally called us back, they told us that they would charge us $100-150. This is not what was discussed initially and the tone of the person calling us was rather abrupt and off put that we insisted it was. He stated it "wasn't in our contract", when both my husband and I know that it was agreed they would come back out to finish the job. The tree work that was actually completed was fine by the team that came out that first day, (trimming and tree removal(not stump) and the price was reasonable. But the customer service is awful. I cannot recommend them based on their inability to uphold an agreement and response time to get back to us on it."

They removed a 50 foot redwood from my front yard plus overhanging limbs from neighboring trees, cleaned leaves from the house roof and stump ground the redwood base. "The service they did was mediocre at best and they are not very careful. Had them cut trees down by my house and they decided to fell 1 of them right along the side of my house instead away from it and hit my roof and broke a window when I live in the forest and there was plenty of clear area to direct it towards. They also crushed my garden and fencing in this act. It has been 2+ months and they STILL have not fixed what they have broken and getting them to respond is next to impossible. So if they can't do any damage to ANYTHING on your property I would say maybe give them a chance but avoid them completely if there is a risk of anything being hit, no matter what the value because they won't fix what they break and will leave you for 2 months in the snow without a freaking window and your chimney crushed!!!!"
