+ 0 moreWe purchased a new kitchen faucet at Home Depot. When Vern checked all the parts on the new faucet, he found a metal part was completely broken off. We obtained a new faucet in a few days and Vern returned promptly when phoned and installed the new one with no problem and no extra cost to us for his 2nd trip to our home. He was neat and very knowledgeable in his work. I would not hesitate to phone him again.
Description of Work: Removed old kitchen faucet and installed new faucet.

+ -1 moreVern showed up on-time. Then he got his suit on and crawled down into the crawl space and checked all of the plumbing for leaks. He found some major leaks which I got repaired through my home warranty company.
