Fantastic job

Very knowledgeable. My OC crashed and my recovery key had not been attached to my microsoft account. He recovered my LocKey and restored my OS. He also upgraded my mechanical hard drive, which was old and causing the problems I was having, to a solid state drive. He also upgraded my ram to keep up with everything and cloned my old hard drive to my new one. While he was here he also reconnected my ring cameras. Yes he is Ring certified and diagnosed my problem with my outside camera systems to a bad monitor. I had an extra flat screen and he installed that also. One service call three jobs. Very versatile guy. Very personable. I will use him again and recommend him to my friends.

Edgar did a great job. Previous changes to software by another specialist apparently affected some drivers so it took somewhat longer than might have been expected (by Edgar and me) to get the problem fixed, figuring out what drivers were the problem and resolving it. Once done, the system is running fine again.

Edgar was awesome. On time. He was aware 3 others tech failed to show, Treated with respect and patience. thou we were not computer proficient He was not arrogant or pushy Thoroughly explained the problem as a result of being hacked by an evil person who had gained access to our computer for 4 days. Provided additional recommendations to act upon to prevent another repeat episode. Wrote a note for our bank to show that our computer was now safe to use. If any future problems Edgar Veloz will be the guy we contact THANK YOU GOD BLESSl

Edgar was fantastic. He showed up about an hour after I called him and within 20 minutes he had the problem diagnosed and fixed. It was a computer I put together with my son and when we upgraded one of the components it just wouldnâ t come on. Edgar found the reason right away. He was prompt clean professional and personable. I am keeping his name in my contacts and wonâ t call anybody else when I need computer service!
