+ -1 moreI was referred to CTS Home Appliance by an appliance repair company. I was happy to see that CTS Home Appliance is listed with Angie's List, so I called and spoke with Scott on a Tuesday. While on this call, he was able to locate in their stock an almost exact match with the one that had failed in our rental. I gave him contact info for the renters, as well address, etc. I was also happy to confirm that their employees do the field installations, so it's one stop shopping. Scott then worked out scheduling with our renters. Scott was patient and focused throughout our phone call, accommodating me with what I needed in product, coordination, and billing. The job entailed removing and disposing the failed microwave and replacing it with a new one. The following Friday night I received text messages and pictures from our renters. Nothing could have gone smoother, and the renters are very happy, which of course makes us happy too.This whole process was a feel-good operation for me, because I live 400 miles from the rental home, and the whole experience was as seamless as it could be. For any other appliance needs for our rental in the future CTS will be the first place I will call.

+ -1 moreAs stated I bought a built in cabinet trash recycler. When the installer arrived and put it in place it did not go all the way in because a pipe extended into the space. This obstacle could not be seen without removing the trash compactor I was replacing nor would anyone expect to see a pipe in that spot. The installer called Robert at CTS and explained the situation. Robert said he would give me a full refund which he did on the spot. All of my experiences with CTS have been stress free and exceptionally pleasant. I will use them in the future without bothering to comparison shop.
Description of Work: First I want to say I highly recommend this excellent family owned appliance store. In the last year I have bought a glass cooktop a double oven and a built in trash recycler. The service is friendly and prompt. Everyone in the store has expert knowledge of their products and they carry all major brands. I am a fanatic about comparison shopping and have found their prices to be competitive. I would use this store even if the cost were a bit more for the outstanding service that is given in every instance. Installation is taken care of and if remodeling is required they have an outstanding cabinet maker on hand. The owners stand behind every product and are the people you want for problem solving.
