I had a tile roof repair. We were concerned about some of areas that had water damage and wanted to be around the day of the repair to see if additional work would be required. They came out and provided a quote (2 hours late for the scheduled time) and a day and time was arranged when someone would be home for the actual repair work to be completed. The roofer showed up on the wrong day and completed the repair while no one was available and therefore we have no idea what damage was done or what the conditions were under the tile. I called the company and after almost a week have never received a call back. The work seems to be satisfactorily completed, but the customer service is horrible.

Next day estimate and same week repair. Very happy with his knowledge and dependability. Called other companies and they wouldn't even p/u their phone. Needed urgent repair and they delivered. Very impressed, relieved and satisfied

I was in desperate need of repair the day it rained, I posted my request on Home Advisor and within 10 minutes, I received a call from Sebastian that he could be on the road within 10 minutes. He was at my home within an hour and a half. He fixed the roof leak and came back within the next two days to finish the complete tile roof repair. Excellent company with the highest integrity to work with.

Dependable, repaired what was needed to be done in time as scheduled.

I was very impressed with this company. They didn't try to oversell me on what I needed. I was able to get an estimate the same day and they were able to schedule the repair for just a couple days later in the week. I'm only holding back on giving them five stars because they said they'll be able to come out and the use screws to fortify my rain gutters and they haven't been back yet to do that.

Tony and his crew removed and replaced my 3500 sq ft roof from start to finish in three days including the repairs to the wood and the permit inspection. This is a very professional team no corners were cut and they always left the place cleaner then when they arrived. If you had a question or concern any one of the team would answer it in explicit detail. You will get a fair price and quality materials. I highly recommend this company for any roofing project you might have.

They did a good job, with quality materials, and cleaned up the areas after they were done. The roof for my home and garage were done quickly and looks great!

Rick, sale man for CAL State begged me to give his company a chance since I did not want to give him an appointment. Because another home owner already complained about their customer serv. Rick said CS has improved since,he would do anything to earn my business. Biggest mistake I made. Before the roof was completed, I asked the crew to take few pictures of the shingles. I immediately informed Rick about the shingles not look any resemblance with Owens Corning TruDef Duration. Rick insisted that they are. I then filed a claim with O.C., the result came, it's not TruDef Duration!

The estimator Rick, was very helpful from the start of the project to the compleled work. very professional in explaining how the roof would go on, and all details of the job, from permits to the expections from the city, Good price and great vaule for my money. Rick came out to examine the old roof, tell us what was right and wrong and give us an estimate for repair/replacement. It needs to be replaced. Rick gave the most thorough review of his findings and recommendations I have ever heard. No rush.....very satisfied with his presentation and examination of the roof.
