They had a great price-considerably under the other bid I received. They showed up on tlime and removed the existijng composition roof and fascias. Prepared the roof, repairling the exlisting wood sheathing as required (sometlimes more than was requlired). They were concerned that all substrate work was adequate before proceeding willth the new shingle roof. New fascias were ilnstalled in a workman like manner. Cleaned up the job site upon completion of the work. Throughly happy with the result. Jim Fravel, Architect

roof is repaired for a reasonable price. Now we have to wait for the rain to see how good the job was done.

All employees were polite and courteous. They were timely and responded in a satisfactory manner to any concernes that were brought to there attention.

I actually worked with DJ not Fransisco...but inspection of roof to job termination was only 4 days and was very well done and they even clean up after themselves! I had noise problems inside the house that apparently was attributable to the roof problem and am very pleased that also was corrected....Very informative and good job done all around and will recommend this company in the neighborhood if asked.

I had called several other companies out of the phone book and some did not insurance, offered no warranty or never returned my calls. I am very please with Francisco and his crew and they did the work the same day. I would recommend Cal-State Roofing to anyone. Prices are fair too.

Franciso was very prompt in responding to my request for roof repair. The work was done within a week and his prices were more than competitive. I will use this company from now on and will refer to as many people as possible. His crew was professional and courteous and the hardest workers I've ever seen. Thank you so much.
