Description of Work: New valances were installed in kitchen and family room. New shutters were installed in master bedroom. We are very pleased with the quality of the items. The service was exceptional from the beginning of the process (in the store) until the final installation.

+ -1 moreWE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK AND THEIR RESPONSE TIME. IT'S LITTLE THINGS LIKE GIVING A TIME WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE, FOR EXAMPLE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING. THEY WERE EXCELLENT OVERALL. I WOULD MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND.

+ -1 moreTHE IN STORE HELP WAS GOOD AND THEY HAD MANY SAMPLES ON THE FLOORS. THE PERSON WHO CAME TO MY HOME WAS VERY HELPFUL. SHE SEEMED TO KNOW DECORATING AND HAD MANY SUGGESTIONS FOR ME.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY CAME TO MY HOME TO SUGGEST WINDOW COVERINGS AND UPHOLSTERY IDEA FOR MY FURNITURE. I FIRST DISCUSSED WHAT I WANTED TO DO IN THE STORE SO WHEN THEY CAME TO MY HOME THEY BROUGHT MANY BOOKS WHICH HAD FABRICS SELECTIONS. I PURCHASED FABRIC FOR MY CURTAINS AND I HAD MY SOFA AND TWO CHAIRS UPHOLSTERED.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. THE VISIT FROM THE SALESMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. FOR THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND THE FABRIC I WAS BUYING, IT WAS REASONABLE. IT WASN'T LIKE IT WAS AT BARGAIN PRICE, BUT IT WAS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: IT WAS A WINDOW BALANCE MADE, FOR ONE WINDOW, AND A SHADE.
