Arnold Custom Painting

We have used Heiko twice and plan to use him again. He is an excellent craftsman who knows everything about painting inside and out as well as cabinetry and general home repair. He is creative in his approach and works quickly. His helpers are well chosen and are as equally careful and skilled. His prices are reasonable and flexibly (bid by the job or by the hour). He has his own supplies and cleans up thoroughly when he is done. He even replaced a self-closing door hinge for me. He has a lot of experience and a strong quality ethic. I highly recommend Heiko Arnold.

The experience went very badly. It took them forever to answer the phone, and the person who answered was extremely rude. He was so rude I checked Angie's List twice to make sure I got the phone number correctly. He told me he wasn't taking any more customers and then hung up on me!

after a call for an estimate, the owner himself responded and came to our home to give a price on our project. we had to wait a couple of weeks to get started. The owner of the company was the lead painter of a crew of three painters throughout the project.The whole crew was very neat and very friendly.The project took about four weeks to finish.Every day after they were done working everything was cleaned up as reasonably possible so it was not an inconvenience to us. we were really impressd by quality, professionalism and trademanship.My wife and I are so happy about the outcome.We are enjoying every minute of living in a picture perfect home. We are already scheduled to paint the outside of our home in the summer.
