S-Tileing Renovation

Window is still leaking and I am advised to call a roofer or another window company that specializes in the windows we have. The wall is completely concrete and there are no signs of leaks against the inner wall of the roof/upper wall. There was another section of the outside window that could have also been resealed, but that was not done. I will be doing it myself.

Sean does excellent work, works fast and itâ  s a pleasure to work with him. We saw his work at a neighborsâ  houses, met him and quickly contracted him to remodel two bathrooms for us. When we are ready we will have him do our 3rd bath. I should add that out townhouse is a 1980à ´s built unit with issues that have given us a number of â  surprises.â  Sean dealt VERY competently with several unexpected issues

Sean did several maintenance jobs for us but the big ones were the tiling of the bathroom and the kitchen. He's very meticulous that every tile be perfectly aligned and even. The end results in our kitchen and shower are beautiful. I would definitely recommend Sean.

Sean encountered a difficult situation - it was not just removing and installing a toilet. The floor underneath was decayed, the pipe rusted, and other challenges. He took the time to get it all right, and we are more than pleased. I would recommend him to anyone. He also arrived exactly when he said he would; amazing!

I would not only recommend him but I have other projects that I will definitely be using him for. The quality of the work is exceptional. He was professional and courteous. Right on time & saw something he just repaired for me that I hadn't even noticed.

After he left, I flushed the repaired toilet and it has been running ever since. I had to shut off the water access to stop it from running. Very nice guy, but I wish the work would've been completed properly.
