Description of Work: I bought a $99 Big Deal for $200 worth of plumbing services. The plumber cleared clogged drains & elbows in 2 bathroom sinks by removing the elbows. A snake was not used. The sinks are still draining properly. He also provided helpful information about my water heater. He then made my day by telling me that I could change my aging bathroom fixtures in 3 bathrooms without tearing out walls as previously advised & he would provide a list of sink, tub & shower faucets that could be used. He did not follow through. I called Stewart Heating & was placed on hold while the receptionist spoke with said plumber who was to call me back shortly....still haven't heard from him. He should at least tell me if he is unable to find appropriate fixtures.

Description of Work: Re-installed vinyl tubing to soap dispenser at kitchen sink. Disassembled and reassembled kitchen sink faucet - cleaned swivel feature.

Description of Work: They were on time, changed filter, pressure checks on A/C. The A/C and heating in our area is about to go out. Recommend a new one. He said its a 50/50 chance that the original one will make it through season.Our area has an American Standard system from 1987.

Description of Work: Replaced A/C unit (after explaining why older unit would be cost prohibitive to maintain), added damper (which builder didn't provide for dual zone system), replaced thermostats, discussed replacing the furnace (but advised it wasn't necessary and would only reduce energy costs by another 10-15%).

He did the inspection and maintenance work efficiently, doing more than I expected. He was thorough, explained his findings to me, replaced parts. Everything was done professionally, efficiently and with a smile. He was great. I was surprised by the amount of work for the money. I would definitely use this company again!

Description of Work: EXCELLENT customer service from Stacy. She went above and beyond the call of duty, going out late in the day to our property after a full day of work as she knew we were urgent about the request. Everything was taken care of to our satisfaction in a VERY quick time frame. She was happy to explain everything to me that would be done to install our new Air Conditioning Unit and the cost. Efficient, friendly, quality service, would definitely recommend and use again.

Description of Work: The professional two man crew checked all plumbing installations and installed a new flapper in upstairs toilet to correct minor leak.

Description of Work: Replaced floater and worked with toilet to make it work batter. Also answered my questions about tankless water heaters and instant hot water pump to master bath.
