He was also late on the 2-hour window he was supposed to show up. He was also more interested in making a bigger deal of the problem than was necessary, in order to sell more services. | |Second service person was accommodating and on time--early, in fact-- and had the correct part. Did the job in no time, was positive and professional. If he had been the only service person here, my overall rating would have been "A" except for price. | |Price was way high--the company wanted to charge $700 (Platinum) for the job with 3-year annual inspection of the furnace. Way, way upselling. We ended up paying $469 for the Silver plan, which was just diagnostics and replacing the ignitor with a 1-year warranty on that work. |
