Description of Work: They contacted me within hours of our inquiry. Our AC was not working and they would have come the next day if we had been available. On the day we were available, the repairman actually showed up early! To our surprise, the fix was quick and not too expensive. He warned us that the unit, which is 16 years old, would need to be replaced in a year or so. But this quick fix would get us through the summer. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

I got a quote "Nothing I can do for you, Unless you have $$$$$ to either replace unit or the whole furnace itself". Thank you very much

Also looked at my whole house HEPA filter (I've never felt that it worked since the time it was installed years ago). He said it was installed properly. He didn't try to do lot of upselling - let me know about their yearly services-which I felt were very reasonable. Spent about 90+ minutes, was very patient and informative. Also put on booties before coming into my home without having to be asked. Would definitely use them again

Description of Work: After calling my usual air con service company and being told they could not come out for at least a week, I called my back up company: Stewart Heating and Air Conditioning. Stewart sent someone out immediately to look at my non functioning central air conditioning unit. After spending some time diagnosing the problem, the technician gave me two choices: buy a new air conditioner or spend $763 to fix this one. I chose the latter, he went to work, replaced the broken parts, and the unit has been working without any problems since.
