Everything with the service went fine. They called me and let me know of the issues that I should be aware of but I told them I did not want to put any money in a 15 year old unit.

Everything went great. He was really helpful and came and did exactly everything that we asked. He also gave us so pointers on things that needed repaired. We actually went ahead and joined into their maintenance package.

It was okay. He is courteous and performed everything that was expected for the service.

At this time we only had our furnace inspection and an estimate of cost to replace. We have to look over our budget before we decide on this service at this time.

Overall, we were pleased, but there were some issues. Ron, the supervisor was great - came out on time, suited up to do the inspection, and kept everything easy to understand. His team were prompt and kept everthing clean and pretty much kept to schedule. I think the job was bigger than they thought as it took an extra day. My issue were two-fold. First, is they said they could move the existing thermostat, when they installed the 2 new ones and they would patch the drywall. They installed the news one, and patched the drywall - but the repair was really bad. They did come back after we called and sprayed on some texture, but it still doesn not look that wonderful in my opinion. Second issue is they finished on a Friday, and on the following Tuesday we have some pest working being done, and the foreman showed my wife where one/two of the main ducts off the furnance line were detached and laying on the ground under the house. My wife called Ron, he came out very promptly, and they then came back and re-attached. System is working pretty well - 2 zone is nice - should help cut our heating bills in the Winter. Again, overall satisfied, but drywall and dropped ducts make me rate them a B/B+.

The furnace is 30 years old and Stewart Heating showed us the issues with the furnace that could not be repaired and were serious enough to warrant an immediate replacement.

The serviceman accurately and quickly diagnosed and fixed the dysfunctional HVAC system on the same day.

Everything went well. The service technician did a great job cleaning and pointing out things we needed to know. We will be purchasing a new furnace in the near future and will definitely contact Stewart for a quotation. We would use Stewart again without hesitation.

I had an appt scheduled for 10am and Ron showed up promptly at 10. He was very polite and professional and listened as I explained the details of my situation to him. He confirmed the problem and promptly went about fixing it. When he finished replacing the wire (which required him to crawl underneath my house), he said that the cost was $89 plus $59 for the service call. I had printed out a coupon from Angie's List that indicated in the fine print that the service call fee would be waived if any work was done. Even though Ron was not familiar with the coupon, he honored it and waived the $59 fee. I would definitely use them again.

As stated above, very responsive on the phone. Certainly personal service. I have had them perform three separate visits to my house and all have been performed with the utmost professionalism, punctuality and they have been flexible with their time given my other contractors schedules. All work went without a hitch

They had a cancellation, so they were able to start installation and duct cleaning the next day. We were orginally told it would be a 2-day task, but they brought extra staff and got it all doen in 1 day. A couple of days after the installation there was a week long heat wave with scorching temps. Boy were we glad we had our new AC. Everyone on the installation was friendly and professional. We enjoyed having them around the house!

Pleasant, professional technician, Ron -- mindful of dirting feet (wore booties in the house. Told me what he was going to do, what he was doing, and what he did. On time.

Don arrived on time. The A/C tune-up was good. The cost for added Freon R-22 ($182) was a big surprise. We might need to replace this old central A/C unit (10 years old) if we have to add R-22 again next time.

I felt confident that the repair man new what he was talking about. We spent a lot of time talking about what type of new unit I should get that would suit my needs. I decided to buy one. It will be installed next Monday.

The technician was very professional. So far the a/c is working beautifully.

After getting two specials, I called to scheduled an appointment. My call was answered promptly. The woman answering the phone was pleasant and polite, and put me down for a 8am time slot. The day before the appointment I received a call asking whether it could be changed to 10 because another customer had an emergency. I agreed since I would be home anyway. The next day around 9:40 the technician, Ron I believe, called to say he would be on time, and he was. He started working immediately after he arrived. Inside the house he checked the thermostats, changed the filters, and measured the temperature of cold air. He also spent time outside working on the compressors, checking pressure and so on. He was polite and carefully kept things clean. He also kept me informed of his activities the entire time. In the end, he told me the units have leaks and gave me costs of repair and replacement. I asked several questions about my options (whether I should wait to repair/replace, repair vs. replace, etc) and he clearly answered them all.

Very professional and high quality work. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They handled everything from the permits to the pg&e rebates and everything went as planned.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did an okay job but it was funny after reading about some other reviews of similar companies, they tried to kind of upsell me with other services and they were supposed to change out the filters. They didn't have the filters and then they got the filters and they came back and they wanted to charge me for replacing the filter so I was kind of unimpressed and I wouldn't use them again. They did it with no fee but they originally kind of charged me. It felt like it was kind of a big switch that they were offering the service but really they were trying to sell me other crap.

I was very pleased with it. The person was thorough, did a good job, was easy to talk to and was very tidy. I actually signed up for a maintenance contract with them.

It worked but they didn't do a whole lot. So, I feel a little disappointed.

Perfect. Not to pushy and provided options.

Work was done thoroughly and extensively. Learned a lot. Took out a year long contract with them. Very impressed.
