They came out and check my ac. I was happy with them and they were very thorough. They did a great job on the AC. I have not had any problems with the AC since.

The tech was professional and offered ways to improve the efficiency of the heating and ac units at a cost of course.That is to be expected. When he was here a showed us an item that we should plan on replacing in the near future as it was corroded due to a failure of a seal. He offered to repair it but also told me it was a very easy fix so i ordered the part a head of time and did it my self.

They came out and told us that we will need a whole new system. We were not happy about that and got a second opinion and they were able to fix the issue for us.

I called to have someone come and clean my air ducts. I spoke with a lady that said they'd to be happy to schedule someone but she could not answer any of my questions regarding pricing per duct or scope of the work. In essence, they are asking for a blank check.

Note: we had an Angie's List deal: "$59 for A/C and Furnace Tune-Up, Cleaning and Inspection". Two-man team was great. Answered all my (many) questions, used the latest testing gear and they were very thorough. I received recommendations not just about the furnace but about other areas affected including ducts and water heater. I'll probably use these guys for the more detailed work that needs to be done next.

Overall went fine. If their ad says you need to supply own materials take heed.... if you forget, they will TRIPLE charge you for items that you could have bought at Lowe's or Home Depot at 1/3rd the price. I didn't have the "correct" wax ring, so I used theirs to save time. That wax ring cost me 15.00 ! They're roughly $ 5-6.00 at local store. Other than that it went well enough.

Work was done in a timely, professional, and honest manner, explained clearly, with no mess left behind. Would definitely go with this company again.

That turned out well, but my HVAC upstairs works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. One technician came out and it took him about an hour. He was fine and the service price was good.

The original inspection was fine, and the subsequent work was fine. The job required a permit and the City inspector came out twice and knit-picked some things, but Stewart did some extra work (without extra charge) and eventually got everything approved. The permit fees turned out to be less than what the contract said, and Stewart rebated the excess amount upon request.

They did an excellent job. They are bidding us something else also. I would give them all A's too. I was very pleased with people. I'm in service business so I can truly understand promptness and everything else. They were fine. It was very good. I was looking to get ducts cleaned and everything else but before I did my job, I wanted to see if there was any problem with the efficiency of my air conditioning and there wasn't so that's why I did it. It was just a normal air conditioning service.

It went well. The unit was old; I ended up having the entire unit replaced, which took about 5 hours to do the job. They sent 4-5 techs & it was very good.

Miss understanding of fine print for big deal.

I was impressed with how quiet these guys were while doing the work. I was not inconvenienced at all while they were here. The existing duct work was in complete disrepair. The only negative comment I have is that they did not have enough material to finish the job in the stated one day, so they had to come back again the next day to finish. Otherwise, I was impressed with the price and the proffesionalism of everyone involved. Inpsection has not been done yet, but I feel cooler in the house already. Good job Stewart!!

They were very professional and on time. Everything worked after they got it going. I haven't had any problems with it. He did some really heavy work. The quality of the service was very good. I could always get a hold of them. They'll be the guys I'll call.

Everything was good. They took a little longer than necessary, but it was only because they were training a new guy. Scheduling was easy and they showed up on time.

They have been easy to get in touch with. They gave me 3 days to choose from for the appointment.

We bought an Angie's Deal for this package. It would normally cost more. "Rich" arrived in the scheduled window, and was here around 1.5 hours. He seemed to do a thorough job, and clearly answered all questions. We had feared a hard sell for more services, especially because our system is old, but that didn't happen. He recommended several items to repair or replace, explained why they needed to be repaired or replaced, and left us with a written estimate for our consideration. All in all, we were satisfied with our experience.
