+ -1 moreThey were on time but had to leave to get additional tools. Price was higher than quoted . Would not use in the future
Description of Work: Changed front door lock set. Had to leave to go and get additional tools after starting job. Said to return in 15 minutes. took an hour. Price was three times what was quoted over the phone. After negotiating they took $75.00 off but I had to refuse service to get the lower price. Price quoted over the phone was $19.99 with coupon.

+ -1 moreThey are reasonably priced. They're very easy to talk to, to discuss my needs with. I really liked them a lot and they do a great job.
Description of Work: Last year, I had to evict a tenant & they were right there to change the locks on the property. He also changed the locks on a commercial property that I have - they fixed a lock & changed the kind of lock on another door so it could be unlocked from the inside easily.
