Over the course of the year minor repairs and landscaping were required at my property which Davin, given his broad list of contacts, was able to take care of with little or no intervention on my part. Davin has been very good about communicating rent collection, documentation of expenses and following up on repairs and the condition of the property. Hiring Davin and his office is well worth the value and I would highly recommend Prudential California Realty and plan to use their services again in the near future.

My home search began in March of this year. After one meeting Davin was able to pinpoint exactly the type of home, location and price that I was looking for. Given the turbulent market in the East Bay finding the right home at the right price was a challenge at first. Persistence paid off and we finally closed on my home. The minute something new or a good deal came on the market Davin was quick to inform me and meet same day to show the house and write an offer. Davin is very flexible and easy to do business with. He explained the entire purchaseing process in detail, covering all the paper work and making me a more informed buyer by sharing market and pricing information. Davin makes himself available; I could always reach him at his office, on his mobile or via email. Missed calls were returned within an hour.
