I interviewed 4 contractors and Bryce from Plan Perfect was the only one to provide design options and a rough cost during our first meeting. Following selection, he immediately provided a line item cost estimate, making the basis of the estimate, and what was and was not included, crystal clear. Bryce applied for the necessary permits the same day and the permits were received within 72 hours. Plan Perfect remodeled my kitchen, 2 baths, installed new floors throughout the house, and tiled my fireplace.
