Description of Work: I've used Freddy twice now. Once for a full backyard remodel, consisting of 2300 sq ft of pavers. New fence, new sprinklers, new sod, 4' retaining wall that went all around my yard, a built in kitchen, a gas firepit and a wood burning fireplace, included was a ton of other landscaping as well. Although it was a lot of work, Freddy managed his resource and time well. He doesn't nickle and dime you for every little change, he works with you as a partner. He had a great eye for design and knows what can and can't be done and for those complicated tasks, he's pretty good at figuring something out. There are a ton of his design elements in my back yard, where he took what I wanted and tweaked and added to, to make it that much better. Hard working and very friendly and trustworthy

Description of Work: I brought in Freddy to redo my 3 full bathrooms. We have slowly made our way replacing any contractor grade finishes to custom finishes in the house. We moved from vinyl/carpet to hardwood and tile in the bathrooms. We used Schrock cabinets, Kohler Bathtub and Kohler sinks, we purchased Toto toilets and used granite and glass for the countertops. Freddy did all the work, except he contracted out the custom glass shower stalls and the cutting of the custom glass countertop (in the guest bathroom). He custom created new rock shower pans and did all the other. In our master bathroom and our upstairs guest/kids, we did a level 4 wall surface (very smooth), we left the typical knockdown in the downstairs bathroom. We did floors, all new cabinets, new mirrors, lighting (Can and other (LED). Custom large mirror with backlighting in the upstairs master. The downstairs guest bathroom was kind of my go at design, so we did a custom glass countertop with sealed rock underneath, and countersunk a glass sink. Really a neat look.
