+ 1 moreRosario was referred by a neighbor. She had him build a patio cover, as well as decking. I saw that the work was very good quality, and the price sounded reasonable. I had been stood up by two contractors on my project, so I called Rosario. He came over that evening, gave me the quote, I ordered the job, they came out as scheduled, and did a terrific job. They had good finishing touches and were very careful not to splash paint around on the concrete. The workmen were very polite and worked hard all day long. They finished in two days. I was very pleased. They also installed my new mailbox for me out front.
Description of Work: Rosario came over and took all the measurements for the patio cover I wanted, and we discussed how I would like it to look. He quoted a very fair price. I hired him, and he showed up as scheduled with his workers and all the stuff they needed to build the patio cover. They know the regulations and also use very heavy duty bolts and created a very beautiful and sturdy patio cover. I also had them install a new mailbox out front, where they dug the post hole and used concrete to set the mailbox. They painted the patio cover as I had requested and had finished in two days.
