Ryan gave me a couple different options to choose from. After setting up an appointment to install the new window, they showed up on time and explained everything and made sure we knew what was going on. When they were all finished they explained everything once again and made sure we were happy. I would definitely hire them again.

They took out all of the sliders, re-screened everything, and they did a great job! They were quite and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. Also, they washed the windows!

East County Glass did a terrific job - we've used them in the past and were pleased with their work then as well. They are very professional and accommodating - we had some scheduling constraints but they were able to work with us and actually finished the project earlier than we had anticipated. The installers did a great job and we were very happy with quality of the windows and the sliding glass door. Each person that we dealt with along the way was very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to others considering replacing their windows.

All I can say is, WOW! The repair team arrived on time, entered my home, looked at the window, took the sash pieces out of the window, and within moments repaired the window without needing to order parts, and did so without charge! The Brentwood location is new, and if what I experienced today is any indication of the character of this company, then I have found my glass company. Anyone in East County (Antioch, Brentwood, Oakley, Pittsburg) owes it to themselves to give East Bay Glass a call. I am beyond happy. I am beyond thrilled. I am in awe of the service I received. May East Bay Glass thrive in the new location, and I highly recommend this company to do any glass work for you, they were terrific from first contact to last. I am just so pleased. The price was right and the job they did was perfect. They were in and out and very professional and efficient.

The East County Glass & Window repair technician did a great job. He arrived on time, did a great repair job and left in less than 20 minutes. His company gave me a 25% discount, when I was able to give them the serial numbers, from the broken window sashes. The repair technician cleaned up all of the debris, on the floor, from the broken window sashes. I would definitely do business again.
