Scott Hart has been our preferred plumber for many years. As usual, he was punctual, courteous, and skillful. As usual, he provided information and answered questions about our present problems in a manner which we could understand.

Broke a sink when putting in. Lots of grief for them to repair finally replaced the sink

I called the plumber (he had talked with my 79 year-old husband) and was told that the pipes are corroded and need to be replaced. I was offered a new toilet if I took the $20,000 option. The plumber did not seem interested in fixing my toilet problem. Instead I called another plumber. He used a toilet auger and cleared the clog in less than 10 minutes. The charge was $80. I called Benjamin Franklin and asked for a refund. The refund was granted.

They were clean and professional, but I do not support their business model, and their bid was 30% over the next lower bid.

They are really good. They are very good at monitoring my stuff. I had to join a club but they are right there. They did an excellent job. They were very on time. I've also called them on a Sunday for plumbing problems and there were no extra charges. They are excellent. My furnace was shot and they got me rebates and worked things out. They honored a coupon that I found online and it wasn't even for that. It was supposed to be for refrigeration which I don't have but they honored it anyway. They were excellent. I just had the inspection done yesterday on the furnace and there was only one little thing they have to fix. They were very on top of it. I called them today and they will be in tomorrow with all the tools to do it. The plumber actually gave me some personal tips about what I could have done differently and how I could fix it next time myself. They didn't charge me because it was Christmas or something. They are good and at the same time, they are on time and effective. I didn't do comparison shopping.

It went very well. Daniel did quite a bit of the work and was so professional, and prompt as well just a very nice person. He was very accomodating.

Plumber was on time, polite, very helpful in explaining what the problem was and what he could do as well as what he recommended. He called the office and asked them to determine when they had installed the shower diverter and then told me it was still under warranty and the repairs would be without charge. The plumber was very neat and wore his booties every time he came into the house.
