Payment was for labor only. The job was to remove 3 rooms and a closet of bamboo flooring and replace with luxury vinyl flooring. Matthew started on the agreed date and the job was done promptly and flawlessly.

We highly recommend Fotchman construction. Very detail oriented, punctual, reasonable with pricing, he listened to us and was communicative every step of the project.
I’ve already hired the company to do three projects in my house will continue hiring them as more practices come in the future.

I was very impressed with Mr. Fochtman’s efficiency, and the quality of his work. He demoed a porch with a deck and built a handicapped ramp for my husband, complete with railing that matched the trim on our house and nonslip paint all in one afternoon. We are so thankful we found him and would definitely use them again.
