Description of Work: I knew owner from previous years service with another company. Although he does not work in my area, he came and fixed my pool equipment and then gave me the name of my current service guy. Refused payment.

+ -1 moreIt was well worth the money we paid. It was all labor costs, but with the speed with which he was able to clear up our problem, our pool was empty for less than a week from start to finish. We had to call around to quite a few places, but Dependa Pool was the only one that was willing to tackle our pool scale problem. It wasn't chemically treated. It was just old fashioned manual labor -- sanding the whole surface. Curtis was pleasant, seemed very honest and hardworking. I would recommend him. Unfortunately for us, we're out of his service area for weekly pool maintenance otherwise I would hire him for that too.
Description of Work: Curtis from Dependa Pool, came out on Tuesday 4/16/13 to check out our pool and give us an estimate. He almost seemed apologetic on the price quoted ($500.00), but we were happy. Our pool had to be drained and then the calcium had to be ground off with a hand sander using a polishing wheel -- we have a big pool approx 25 to 30 thousand gallons. He did the work over the weekend.

+ -1 moreAfter contacting them and describing the issue in detail, they actually referred me to another company who would be a better fit for my issue. I wanted to give them a good review because they were very fast in their response, professional, and I appreciated the reference.
Description of Work: I was looking for repair of my spa which had a fried main circuit board.
