+ -1 moreBut, in trying to facilitate the sale and make sure that everyone was protected, the Realtor stepped over the line and did something the other agent should have done. That action--which was intended to protect all parties and to satisfy all parties--resulted in a significant sanction against the Realtor. That's just one example. But the point is: There is a lot of enforcement going on.This agent Karen Andrews is protecting a bad realtor. I tried to do a short sale with. Nancy Tucker. I sent a compliant to board of realtors. They dismissed it.. Karen signed it off. Nancy Tucker was suppose to do a short sale for me. I did all she asked me to do and then she never had the back bone to email me or call me back after 6 months passed.Never will use this broker who is covering up a bad realtor.
Description of Work: I called this agency and expected processional advice.. Instead I never had any call backs or any replies to my emails.. I would not use them again.Karen Andrews has con signed on a bad realtor.. Board of realtors should have allowed a complaint. Karen thinks it's good to let bad realtors get away with unethical and discrimination. I would think that this brokerage would want to help weed out the bad. Instead she is protecting..
