It went very well. He arrived when he said he would, introduced himself, and we walked around to see where all of the gutters were, and he gave a price. He was able to do the job right then, and as the price was reasonable, we went ahead with the service. He was careful with where he placed his ladder to get onto the first level of roof, and had the job done within about an hour. He was congenial in our conversations. I asked about whether he could clear out some dead branches on trees on our property, after noticing wording on his truck that indicated he also did tree service, and he gave an estimate for that, which will be done at a later date. He mentioned that two levels of our roof looked like the sand was gone from the roof shingles, which might lead to leaks before very long. He didn't mention the names of any roofers, so I don't think he was soliciting business for anyone, he was just letting us know what he'd observed. He ended up buying a wrought iron porch settee from us that he noticed was off to the side of the garage with other items around it that are slated for a garage sale one of these days, so that helped offset the cost of the service. We will definitely do business with Eagle Enterprises again in the future.

It was a positive experience all the way around. I would highly recommend them, as they do a very thorough job. They had very reasonable prices as well.
