I had made a list and we went through all of the conditions that were giving me grief. After a system reboot something strange having to do with the font occurred. I called Sal and he worked remotely going through changes that had been made. The problem was finally resolved. I was very pleased with Sal's ability to decipher what this layman (laywoman) was trying to say. If I have problems in the future, I will contact Sal."

They were able to provide the best generator size for the price to back up our entire house and pool area with an automated system that also included getting a permit from our city.
