TL;DR: Avoid Chris Daly – Untrustworthy, Unreliable, and Dishonest. Breach of Contract. Full Version: What began as a seemingly simple task – wiring a mere 10 feet of conduit for my EV charger – evolved into a six-month-long nightmare of lies, deception, and unfulfilled promises. To say I regret hiring him is an understatement. From the outset, Chris charmed me with promise of a $500 IBEW-union rebate, contingent on completing the building permit. We shook hands on the deal: hardwire the EV charger, secure the permit, and grant me the rebate. With that agreement in place, Chris swiftly got to work, finishing the hour’s work on 5/17 and collecting payment in full. However, after paying him the full amount, he returned $200 asking me to hold onto it for inspection, which seemed unconventional and confusing to me. In the subsequent month, I repeatedly reached out to Chris about the building permit, and each time he promised to handle it. However, after calling the city's building permit office, I discovered Chris hadn't initiated the permit application. I contacted Chris again, and he finally started the application on 6/28. Yet, a month passed with no inspection scheduled. I followed up and Chris informed me that the inspection was set for 8/11, so I took a day off to accommodate the city inspector. A day before inspection on 8/10, I sought confirmation of the inspection time, but Chris informed me it had been rescheduled for 8/17. I adjusted my schedule accordingly. Come 8/16, Chris informed me the inspection had moved to 8/25. I contacted him once more on 8/24, and he responded rudely, calling me a "pain in the a**" and condescendingly boasted about his supposed hourly earnings of $500-$1000, suggesting he earned too much money to be bothered to fulfill his contractual commitments. This lack of business ethics was unacceptable. I eventually had to contact the City Building Inspector's office myself, only to discover that the permit application remained incomplete, and no inspections were ever scheduled. Chris had manipulated and deceived me repeatedly, wasting my time and taking advantage of my trust. Now, after six agonizing months, I have zero confidence that Chris will ever fulfill his obligations under our contract. He has since ignored all of my messages and calls, leaving me feeling scammed and utterly disappointed. Hiring Chris Daly was a grave error, and I implore anyone reading this review to avoid him like the plague. Do yourself a favor and find an electrician who is honest, reliable, and competent, because Chris Daly is none of those things.

Above and Beyond what was expected! Chris communicates well and responds promptly. He works quickly efficiently. The work area stayed clean and organized even though he had a pretty big job on his hands. What me and my wife appreciate the most about Chris is that he's Honest. His prices are fair and he stands behind his work. After upgrading our our Electrical Panel with Chris, we hired a separate contractor to have Solar panels installed. Dealing with the Solar Company was less the satisfactory. So when we finished the Solar install, we were excited to call Bee Daly again to go ahead and Chris and his team move forward with installation of a Tesla Powerwall. His workmanship and great customer service is so good that, in the end, you see and appreciate the value of his service. We certainly will be using Bee Daly for our future Electrical needs. They came out quickly, were easy to work with, very untidy, and were super clean. They fixed it and did it right.

The owner came out himself while his technician was completing the install, explained the process, step-by-step. Work was completed timely, professionally and safe. They cleaned everything up too! Thanks for the great work!!
