+ -1 moreI liked that they were local, and friendly. They took charge in figuring it all out, despite running into some difficulties. They used their imagination, and were very creative. They weren't going to leave without getting it down. They were punctual, and the work was great.
Description of Work: Replaced the front door lock assembly. They had to adapt the door somewhat, because I couldn't direct replace the lock. Also replaced a garage door lock assembly.

+ -1 moreOverall, it was a fun experience - if one can say that about having your whole house rekeyed. Everyone was punctual and professional. I learned a lot of information about points of weakness in a home and what I can do to protect my investment. Although, I asked for a mailbox key, when they arrived, they didn't have a lock that would work for the mailbox. She later called me and volunteered to bring a lock by or mail it to me, but I never got the lock. I have since purchased a replacement.
Description of Work: I had 4 doors rekeyed, 5 key copies made and had a mailbox lock removed at my house.

+ -1 moreThe All Bay team was clean, courteous, punctual and very knowledgeale. I would definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We needed to have our deadbolt replaced based on a shoddy prior emergecny repair. I called All Bay, spoke to the owner, and told her what we needed. She inspired confidence from the beginning by asking clarifying questions, asking what we needed and providing suggestions and alternatives. She arrived on time with another worker (maybe co-owner). The lock was a mess, but they kept trying different options until they got it to work. They were clean, didn't create a mess, and were very knowledgeable about lock brands and other services we may want to consider - all without it feeling like a sales pitch. We have some less urgent projects to handle in the future and I will definitely be calling All Bay again.
