Work was not done, nor was there an estimate given. I found it very unprofessional to not even get a return phone call to ask about what I needed done.

It was a little up and down, but he's sincere and tries very hard to do a good job.

Mike was wonderful to work with in changing a redundant full bath into a powder room. He understood what we needed and worked with us on what we could do to save money (floor tile, changing electrical, installing lighting and faucets, floor tile, and replacing toilet) versus what we wanted him to do (all the above). He did the job at a fair price and on time! He kept in communication with us and resolved all issues without a hassle.

Was very prompt, kept his word, very workman like.

I called him and also emailed him and seemed enthusiastic about doing the project. He said he would drop over on Saturday to see what the project entailed. After that he did not return my phone calls. I did get a hold of him briefly and he said would call me back in a few minutes. He never did although he had my home phone, cell phone and email address.

From the first contact by phone to the end of the job, Mike was absolutely professional and pleasant. He did everything I asked very well and cleaned up nicely. I would definitely use him again and recommend him strongly.

Michael was very easy to work with. He returned my initial call within 24 hours, and we arranged a time for him to come and assess the job. He showed up promptly at the time arranged. At the time, we discussed and agreed on a flat price for the labor for the entire job. He would purchase the materials and provide me with receipts for me to pay for at no markup. He came back on the day arranged. I left him at the house with a key to do the work unsupervised. The work was completed in one day. It was done very well with a minor catch that I discovered several days later when he installed a new garbage disposal, my dishwasher stopped draining (they were connected somehow). When I called him and let him know what happened, he came back next day and fixed it immediately. I was very satisfied with Michael/CMS. He was very easy to work with, cordial and prompt. I would use him again and recommend him.

Mike is a friendly and conscientious man, and returned my calls promptly. The entire report list of his previous work here gives him ''A'' ratings, and I was impressed with this. The prices were also small, and people responded enthusiastically with ''A'' ratings there as well. This is why I am so confused. I got a verbal estimate for a wooden, or glass, shelf for my three regular size tv components at $1,500.00! He then gave me an estimate for $5,300.00(!) on the deck, and said this would include the HVAC door repair. Mike said he would have to find someone else for the demolition job, and he couldn't do this part of the job. Honestly, I was a little bit in shock. If the cost included the demolition of the wall, I would possibly have understood. There is no way the materials and labor cost would support the estimate he gave me. I was surprised by the huge figure and as a result, unfortunately, I couldn't recommend him.

He was very prompt and efficient. He left his vacuum in his other truck, and when work couldn't proceed without it, he bought a new one that day to finish the job. He preferred an hourly arrangement, which I usually don't like, but he was very fair.

They were just good hard workers. They did a really good job, and I will use them again.

They were friendly, honest, and open. They really knew what they were doing, they would tell you what they could and could not do. They were also very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Not to mention they had a reasonable price.

This was a relatively small job that most handymen did not want to do. Greg came the same afternoon of the morning I called. He was prompt, timely (it took about one hour to do both jobs),and courteous. He had the right tools for the job, and the final bill was reasonable. There was a little mess on the bathroom floor, but I had saved enough money that I didn't mind sweeping up some dried caulk.
