LOGGIN' LOGAN TREE SVC

Logan was a no-show for scheduled appointment, following a confusing call from secretary requesting clarification of appt. When we attempted to call back, got full mail-box, then no response to 6-7 phone calls. Only called us back today when informed we were submitting a bad review and then made vague excuses about a new secretary and full time school. Then informed us he was booked out til June. Still sitting here with an oak tree on carport.

I phoned this and quot;recommendedand quot; provider on 5/21/14 and requested a return phone call. I never received a return phone call.

We had some very difficult trimming as trees had not been trimmed for years. He did a great job, did more than planned and charged less than estimate. Cleaned up any mess after the work was done. Even though he is licensed and insured, I worried how far up and out he had to climb to do the work.

All the trees were surrounded by structures and garden, but nothing was damaged. He was particularly careful not to damage any of my wife's plants or the irrigation system. He cleaned up all of the branches he cut, as well as some trimming we did on the same day. The final cost was less than his estimate and he did more than I expected would get done. We hired him because he is licensed and bonded.
