Great! Mark actually called and came a day early since he was in the area. He was really nice and very professional. He explained to me how to clean out the filter on the water heater in the future.

When we called, his wife said he was in Sacramento on another job, but she would get ahold of him and see if he could stop by our house on his way home. She found out he would and it would be about 5:00 p.m. if that was okay with us - we told her that was fine. He stopped by (got here right at 5:00), and assessed the problem - our son worked on the leaky pipe the day before and wrapped it up good, but it still leaked out some (not as bad as it was at first, however). So, Mark and his employee went to work right away and cut out the pipe and put in a new one. During this time, he explained to our Grandson what he was doing. Then, after he finished, he pointed out another small problem we have with the pipe coming down from the toilets and told our son what he could get to fix that problem for us. He was very nice, friendly and overall very professional. The job was finished in 15 minutes! Very impressive!

Broken drain line was inside the log wall of a log home, totally inaccessible. Mark devised a bypass around the current vent that avoided having to tear the wall apart and rerouted the drain and vent to a different location. Very fast and efficient job.

The work was done quickly and professionally. At each appointment Mark showed up on time, answered all of my questions, and left everything looking good (no mess). We communicated over the phone and via email, which was convenient. I couldn't be more pleased.
