"We recently hired Albert Nahman to install a heat pump in our house. There were problems as soon as we paid the deposit. Work that hadn?t been identified in the estimate apparently needed to be done. The crew spent 5 short workdays doing a job that we were initially told would take 2-3 days, so we were without heat for 4 nights. They still haven?t finished patching the holes in our walls and soffits. Throughout the process, it has been extremely difficult to reach the company or speak to senior team members. At one point, I called a number that had replied to one of my voicemails, and someone answered the phone with the name of a different plumbing and heating company. I haven?t received any receipt or invoice for the work completed (though we paid in full) and I don?t see any evidence that they applied for the necessary permits. We have lost confidence in what was once a reputable company. "
