Very pleased! Will use him again! He called ahead of time to let me know how long and how much the work would be. Was quick and simple. I recommended him to a friend already.

The job was to install 3 smoke alarms and 1 carbon monoxide alarm, all battery operated. He set the appointment for 10:00 Thursday morning . I left cash for the job, as per his instruction. I texted him at 10:15 to make sure things were going smoothly. He texted back, "I'm gonna have to cancel, sorry". I then immediately called him to see what happened. He was busy (was his response) so I wound up rescheduling for that evening...because I had already paid him! He went out and installed the 3 alarms but not the carbon monoxide alarm. I told him I wanted the last one installed because I had paid him for it. I even offered to have him install 6 more in the other 3 apartments since he would be returning. He accepted, and he set the appointment for Sunday morning, between 9:00 and 12:00. I arranged for all of the tenants to be there in that time window. HE NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED. I texted him today, Monday, to ask why? His reply was "I'm sorry I'm very busy". That's amazing because HE set the date and time. Needless to say, I didn't pay him in advance for the second job and he still needs to complete the first installation. My experience with this company is that Ozzie has proven to be very unreliable. That's unfortunate because I do need someone, who is reliable, for ongoing apartment repairs.

Ozzie was on time and courteous. He worked on two projects for me and I am very happy with both. I will be calling him for future projects

The first job he did was reasonably priced. After that his prices were a lot higher.

On time and on budget says it all

Ozzie phoned me , set a time to do the work. He was unable to arrive at set time, he called me with plenty of time to tell me that he was unable to make it for the set time. He came the next day and did the job very well. I am pleased with the job that was done and the price was reasonable.

He was punctual, positive and eager to please
