They showed up on time and completed the work on my large single story home in under five hours. The color selection matched the house and the area was cleaned after the installation was completed. The neighbors commented that they loved the look and three days later I loved the fact that they worked great by directing over six inches of rain in three days. The sales rep. was polite and informative. The estimate was a little higher than the other contractors, but they added a Service Magic discount which brought them in well under the competition's prices. The installer arrived on-time, explained the plan and showed me all the materials. He completed the job quickly and as promised. This was not an easy installation site but they adapted to the challenges and met every request I had from estimate through installation. Only the next rain storm will tell how well their product performs.
