I took two-part bids from three Service Magic referred contractors for seamless rain gutters and soffit/facia refacing. L I Metal Systems contacted me immediately and gave a very professional impression from the beginning. Their combined bid was the most reasonable and the work was professionally done. I am extremely satisfied with their work and the professionals who actually did the installation. It really gave my house the update it needed. Beautiful work!

They did a great job for a fair price. A little slow at returning phone calls but once they committed to a time they were here when they said they'd be. WAY BETTER than the other names I received who didn't call me at all!

Installer was very cooperative and explain in detail any questions I presented to him. Also installation was done within days after I made my decision.

Came over around noon and were finished before 5 pm. All i can say is the two LI Metal System emplyee did a great job.

When LI Metal Systems removed our old guttering we discovered dry rot in the facia boards. LI Metal Systems willingly gave us time to get the rotten wood replaced and then returned to complete the job. I'm very satisfied with their work.

The company was amazing. They were professional and courtious, they were able to work around my schedule. They showed up and there were somethings on the roof that was in the way, they offered to take it down themselves. Just an overall great company.

I would highly recommend LI Metal systems to anyone looking for gutters or replacement of gutters. They were very knowledgeable and able to guide me to the product that worked best for our home. They were also the best price of the other four companies. The field crew was on time and very courteous while on site and very professional in their work. Also, they left and cleaned up everything which is rare these days. When I had to have a downspout moved, they came out the next day and fixed it. I read the reviews and went with them and hope this review leads many others to LI Metal. They are truly focused on customer satisfaction.

Good price, honest and neat workmanship. The true test will be after the next large rain storm but the salesman and installer were both confident that the guttering design would achieve our goals of keeping the roof water off our sliding oak doors.
