I had LI Metal Systems install new seamless gutters and tear out my old (half finished) ones. The end result was good and the installer that showed up was professional and did a great job. Tim was the salesperson I scheduled to quote and he was very responsive to my questions and request for a complete color palette. My only issue with the experience was scheduling my job. After I had signed and submitted my contract, Gary the scheduler was difficult to reach and did not return messages I left. The only reason I was finally able to confirm the scheduling of my job was when I happen to catch him when I called.

I HAD APROX 5 ESTIMATES 3 WERE FROM ANGIES LIST THEY TURNED OUT TO BE THE HIGHEST ONES. TIM FROM LI METAL CAME OUT FOR OUR ESTIMATE, VERY PROFESSIONAL ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND HAD MATERIAL TO SHOW US WITH HIM.... THEY WERE GREAT ALL THE WAY.....A VERY PROFESSIONAL CO. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB AND THE PRICE BEAT ALL 3 FROM ANGIES LIST... I THINK BECAUSE OF THIS CO I WILL BE USING HOME ADVISOR MORE OFTEN....YOU WILL NOT FIND A MORE PROFESSIONAL CO OR BETTER PRICE...

Very professional from beginning to end! I received a call very quickly after making my request. Tim came out within a day or so to give me a quote. He was very knowledgeable in knowing his product. I had planned to get a second quote, but the other company never responded to my requests. I felt this quote was very reasonable for the work I was needing. This is a busy time -- so I was told it could be 3-4 weeks out for installation. There was a cancellation, and I notified immediately to set up for installation. The installers showed up on time, and again, they were very professional. We did a walk around my house to be sure of what I wanted done. The complete installation was done in three hours. I like that the rain gutters themselves are a matte white color to "blend" in with the fascia boards of my house, but the rain spouts are a color matching the stucco on my house so they completely blend in. I had complete choice of what colors to select. I am VERY pleased with the quality of the product and the installation!! I've already had two inquiries from neighbors, and the installation was only completed less than 3 hours ago!! Now, let it rain!!!

L.I. Metal was quick to respond to my requests. The job was done in a two week period. All the employees were helpful and the installers were on time and completed the job in the time that was told to me. I would call them again .
