The project went exactly as planned! The crew was on time, familiar with the details of the project (which we reviewed together before they began the work) and courteous. They completed their work in a timely manner and walked the completed job with me to insure my satisfaction with their work. They cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. Tim came out to give an estimate and was super nice and knowledgeable. The installers came and were very prompt, got straight to work, friendly and did beautiful work. They worked really fast. Only took them 1.5 hours! They were very professional. SO GLAD WE WENT WITH L.I. METALS as opposed to Lowe's! I recommend L.I. Metals to my friends. Especially all my friends becoming new home owners!!

The company did a great job with the installation. They were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I was impressed with their salesman, Tim Hendrickson. We didn't have the gutters installed right away because we had other things going on, but Tim kept in touch letting me know how far out they were scheduled. I've got to say, Tim's got really good handwriting. I know, who reads this will say "What? Handwriting?" Get a quote, you'll see, the guy prints perfect! The house looks great. The 6"Ogee gutter gives the fascia a nice crown molding effect.

I had my eaves and soffits wrapped and covered (aluminum and vinyl) along with the porch. The fit and finish looks great and the cost versus repainting (scrapping, sanding, priming and paint) was not significantly different. Especially over the long haul. They will also be doing my new rain gutters.

Everything I was told happened. Gerald did a great job informing me of what needed to be done, educating me as to why it needed to be done and then went the extra mile to assist me. These days you don't see that type of concern.

I had my roof done in July 2015. I������m so happy with the service LI Metal Company provided, and especially the product manager, Gerald Combe. The estimated time given in the contract was almost exact time when project was finished. They are polite, prompt, and respectful of your property during the project start to finish. After the roof, fascia, soffits and rain gutters were done, I got a lot of compliments from my neighbors about how pretty my house looks. I highly recommend this company to work on your roof, fascia, and soffits because they are wrapped in metal, so it would be less headache in the long run for rotten wood. Youda H
