There was no Up sale. I only needed rain gutters. Less than 50 linear feet. They took the job and gave me the best price. Another company came out and wanted to sell me stucco and a new roof. Their minimum price was $2,000.00 Obviously they did not get my business. L.I. Metals will always get my referrals!

It would have been 5 for all but was misinformed at beginning when I was told they could drop off gutters in the morning and have them painted according to HOA requirements and would return in afternoon to install. They couldnâ t do that, instead they dropped off one day, very knowledgeable and courteous installers, I was able to paint most of it, but I was worried about gutters sitting outside in the community common area all night where anything could happen. Luckily nothing did and a new crew came out the next day and did a quick very professional installation. I have even recommended them to other homeowners in the community. Just wish they would also include painting or at least honor what they originally stated. For those homeowners not needing to have them painted , transactions should go according to agreement.
