After I got ahold of them (Gary) we resolved the concerns I had and they really went beyond their contract to resolve my concerns since it really wasn't part of their contract but they came back twice tohopefully reolve the problem. They could provide the 6" ogee gutters I wanted. Installation was professional and pleasing to the eye. Installation cost was acceptable.

On time, professional, carried samples, accomodating - and the best price of everyone of their competitors, which ultimately buy their products from L.I and then mark them up. Their installers were careful, exacting and quick. Their color samples perfect for my application. I paid $503.00 - for exactly the same product and installation their competition played games with pricing and were 100 to 300 % higher. Do your research. LI Metal systems is the one!

The company was very professional from the beginning to the completion ot the work. Their representative, Gary was friendly, professsional and quick to respond in giving us an estimate. He said the installer Ruben would would arrive around 12:00p.m. He was a little early, which was even better for us. He set to work quickly, was friendly, and did excellent work and cleaned up after the job was finished. All in all we were very happy with their work and their representatives.

THE COMPANY SENT A REP TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE, HE WENT THRU THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED, MADE A CHART AND GAVE ME A FIRM FIXED PRICE. THE WORK WAS PROGRAMMED FOR A CERTAIN DAY, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK TO MY SATISFACTION. THE COMPANY CALLED A FEW DAY LATER TO INQUIRE IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THERE SERVICES TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A FIRST CLASS INSTALLATION.

Service was excellent from start to finish. When I initially met with the salesman, he allowed me to tell him what I wanted rather than the other way around. The installation crew arrived at the site 0n time and completely cleaned up after themselves-You would have never even known they were there. I would recomend them to anyone.

The installer showed up @ 9:05 am for a 9:00 am appointment. I was very impressed by this. The installer (Ruben) was very professional in his work and in the answering of questions. Excellent worker who did a 1st class job.

The way I hired him, they send out people gave the bids for the work. He is very professional very good about the company. They did an outstanding job. They came back and fixed the problems. They were excellent.
