It appears from your experience that our courtesy warranty expiration reminder may have possibly been misconstrued as an attempt to solicit additional work. This courtesy notice is simply a reminder that the warranty is expiring. It also provides a proactive approach to alert you to the fact that it has been over a year since your roof has been reviewed/inspected. As all roofing manufacturers recommend an annual inspection, Wedge Roofing, Inc. offers this valuable service free of charge to our clients. Normally, the fact that there was no communication between us during the warranty period is great news. It means the product and service we have provided and installed is performing satisfactorily.
