Troxel Hvac

I found them on Angie's List. They came out when they said they were going to, but were not able to fix the issue. What they told me was possibly wrong and needed to be done did not need to be done; it was a simpler issue so I would not use them again. They supposedly diagnosed my problem, but did not fix it. I spent $125 basically for a service call to come out and tell me what was wrong. Half of what they told me was right, but the fix that needed to be done was nowhere what ended up needing to be done.

Listened to my needs and knew exactly what they were doing. I had recently paid another company $800 to fix my furnace, which they did not do. They listened to what I wanted done and then went right to work. These are the guys that you want to see when you need something repaired.

The men from this company arrived when they said they would (even in the rain) and looked at my A/C unit. The problem was diagnosed and an appointment made for them to return the next day to install the part. They arrived, put the part on, and got my A/C working in time for the upcoming weekend when the weatherman says it will very hot. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs A/C work.
