Description of Work: Tree removal

Description of Work: They were to trim 3 twenty foot trees and 2 ten foot trees....$650.00. Don't know if that is a good price. Every thing ok until a week later when I noticed they missed one of the three trees. No problem, I'll just call and they will send someone out to finish the job. I left a message, 1week no return call. Called again, left little information, like a new customer. I received call in less than an hour. They had no record of the work. Caller a bit rude, I had to prove I had work done & paid in full. They took responsibility, call to set up appointment. OK, I called and spoke with Bob, the owner. He was VERY rude and argumentative. E-mailed to get a date to finish work. The response was Bob will call in a couple of days. A month later I |e-mailed and received again Bob will call you. BOB NEVER CALLED ME! |The work was never done!

Description of Work: They trimmed off a high tree branch arching over the house and also removed a 12 foot tall tree. They also trimmed off some dead branches, without my specific request, because they thought that was the right thing to do. The work crew also did a couple of minor tasks that were not in the original specs. They only took a couple of minutes each, but were much appreciated. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Removed 1 tree and planted one in it's place that wasn't root invasive. They also trimmed back a tree at my other property. Overall was a good experience except for the fact that they planted a twig where the new tree went. He was determined to use his supplier for the new tree even though I had a much bigger crape myrtle from Urban tree farm lined up. He said his tree was big and as full as you could get for the size we were planting.. I wish I would have went with my first instinct... That was the only negative thing I can say, everything else was great and I would use them again but this time I would pick out my own tree...

Description of Work: Great service. They took down a tree that had seen better days. Quick, safe, quiet and great communication all the way.
