+ -1 moreSieg has been to my home twice in four years... the first time he checked for pests, set traps (nothing caught) and then sealed up all of my foundation vents. Fast forward to this year, when I began to see some rat droppings and bits of insulation in my laundry room and crawl space. Sieg identified immediately where the rats were getting in. Because he "missed" this tiny unseen entry point a few years ago, he gave me a break on the follow up visits this time around. He will set traps, follow up 3-4 times, and then seal the spot where the rodents were getting in. Sieg is a great guy--good natured, professional and a seasoned expert on pests!
Description of Work: Evaluate crawl space for presence of rodents, set traps, follow up several times, and seal all foundation vents and cracks to prevent further entry by pests.

Description of Work: they set rat traps in the crawl space underneath our house. the problem was fixed. this cost about |they then sealed up openings where the rats might reenter, cleaned, bagged, and hauled away the old rat droppings, and the old insulation.
