It went great.  They met the tenant to get access to the house, found and fixed the issue, and called me to give the details.  I was very happy that Laurie went above and beyond expectations by calling the tenant beforehand to try and avoid the service call.

They are personable, they take care of business. It went beautifully. They were efficient. They were not overpriced, they did a great job.

Went well. They did a good job. Very efficient, prompt, courteous, very friendly and reassuring. We feel safer now after the work was done. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done. They repaired damages caused by we believe another electric company (also from Angie's List).

The electrical work performed was fabulous. My husband is a real fuss-pot when it comes to workmanship and he was raving about the professionalism of the work. The entire experience was great. When we first talked to Maus about various electrical issues we were having, he listened carefully and provided very helpful and practical suggestions for fixing them. Everyone at Maus was a pleasure to communicate with. Maus showed up on time, performed all of the work quickly and efficiently, and left the site spotless. We were pleased to find that the final cost for the work was less than the original estimate, which was already reasonable. Maus' experience and knowledge about electrical work is vast. The generator transfer system he designed for us is downright elegant in its efficiency and simplicity. We also like the fact that this is a family business which clearly takes pride in their workmanship. I would recommend Maus highly.

They have come for three different projects. They were very helpful. We were remodeling our kitchen. The price was exactly what I expected.

We are remodeling our kitchen and hired Maus Electric for two jobs. First to move a telephone line that was horribly tangled, and install a new CAT-5 network cable from our first to second story. They were fast and efficient because they knew what they were doing. It's a family business too.

We called them back for a second job - to install a 220 line for a new oven. They moved an unused hot tub line (220) under our house to our kitchen for the oven, saving us a bundle because we didn't have to install a new line, and because they were so fast. It took only an hour to get it set up. I joked with Rod Maus (pronounced MOSS) that they were cheating themselves out of money by working so fast. Not only that, they fixed and cleaned up our electrical sub panel which had some water damage that was corroding the main line. I REALLY appreciate how thorough they were bringing to our attention things that could be a problem.
