About us

Lee Olaeata Plumbing has been in business for over 40 years. Most of our loyal customers are in Petaluma. We have worked in many homes from the the West to East sides. Lee is familiar with plumbing used in the beautiful old Victorians on the West side to the newer homes on the East side. We work with large non profit agencies that assist low income families and / or disabled adults. We have worked on many of the Downtown buildings and with the City of Petaluma. Our prices have not changed in over 10 years. We are part of the same community that our customers are, and understand the economy as it is today.

We specialize in Service work anywhere from faucets, garbage disposals, clogged toilets to Tankless water heaters, ADA compliant bathroom remodels, kitchen and bath remodels, gas appliances (incl. fireplaces), Clearing clogged sinks, drains, and main sewer lines. We can help to make your home more cost effective (green) by suggesting the newest and most cost efficient products.

He showed up on time, worked, minimizing the amount of wall that would have to be repaired, advised what needed to be done to complete the wall before he returned, then left. Total time: about an hour and a half.
Description of Work: Replaced shower valve in wall of bathroom. Returned after wall was finished to complete installation of new faucet, tub outlet and shower.

The work he did was done just fine. I have had no problems with it leaking or anything like that. The owner of the company did the work himself and I feel he did a good job. It was average pricing; probably not the best in town but you get what you pay for.
Description of Work: Installed a kitchen sink.

since i've know (Member name removed) for some 20 years or more i think a comment like "you get what you pay for" is kind of out of line a bit. $200.00 dollars for installing a kitchen sink is a prety low price. Do you think i gave him a discount because i've known him so long, And then i get a statement like " you get what you pay for. I've been in business for 38 years in Petaluma and give long time customers discounted prices because they keep coming back for other projects.
