+ -1 moreOverall, it went well and met my expectations. I appreciated that the estimator or someone temporarily secured the tiles to prevent them from imminently slipping out, before I even awarded them the job. It was good karma on their part :)
Description of Work: I had 6 tiles that were slipping out because original roofer glued them under flashing instead of nailing them down (apparently the proper way to do it). So, I solicited a few roofers in town and Henris was most reasonable and actually temporarily secured the tiles from slipping out and falling in a dangerous location during their free estimate visit. They were willing to negotiate price down a bit. Roofing repair is expensive, seems like they get paid more than doctors/lawyers, but they're pretty much all expensive (most have min job requirement of 1 hour or $300). Overall, I'm satisfied and I would go to them again. They are diamond certified I believe too.

+ -1 moreTheir quote was for about $3500. They told me that I didn't need a new roof and that I just needed some repairs. One thing I did like was that the ridge vents prevented light from the attic and he offered to take care of that along with the repairs.

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience with them. The communication with them before the job was first class. They knew everything that needed to know and were aware of the new fire regulations that they had to deal with. They gave us a competitive bid and they were the most impressive putting their bid together and the way they carried it out was also first class. The workers were very good and they cleaned up well after themselves and I can’t find any fault with them.
