Description of Work: Hans came out to check a water leak in our Whirlpool washing machine. After searching and testing the washer through all it's cycles Hans could not find or see any water leaking. He told us to keep an eye out to see if it leaked again. If it did he asked us to call him back. He stated that he would not charge a diagnostic fee ($80.00)again. I felt Hans was honest and fair. He could have tried to replace unnecessary parts and charge us for them but he did not. He was at our house for an hour and only charged us the $80.00 service fee.
