Very professional, courteous, prompt and honest. Did not try to sell me anything we did not need. I would highly recommend this company to friends and relatives. Will definitely use them again.

They came in, did the job and left. They went right to work. It probably only took them 45 minutes and the job was really well done.

Very good job. Much more (new hoses, valve, etc) than needed. 3 hours labor for 1.5 hours of work. So the phone description of what was needed must count as labor cost (like lawyers).

Wow! Jason Dolcini was prompt, efficient, capable, and friendly! He spread tarps over the entire bathroom floors and vacuumed repeatedly, leaving NO MESS! When he encountered a weak input line, he brought it to our attention and asked what we wanted to do--keep it or replace it. We opted to replace it. He did a wonderful job. We highly recommend him and will certainly use Dolcini again.

I was able to make an appointment for the next morning. They called about 1/2 hr before appointment, arrived in time. Excellent fast service. The price is somewhat high, but you get what you paid for. I would recommend the company to others.

I had a backed-up kitchen sink and contacted Dolcini Plumbing after receiving a referral from Angie's list. I was greeted professionally on the phone and explained my plight. I was given an appointment time, hourly rate and payment explanation along with name of plumber responding. Fifteen minutes prior to the plumber's arrival, I received a phone call notifying me an estimated time of arrival. Once the Plumber arrived he was professional and personable. He completed the job in a timely manner and I felt satisfied with his explanation for the cause of the back-up. Overall, I was given clear expectations and believe those were met. If I have any further plumbing needs Dolcini Plumbing will get my business.

All went quickly, professionally and clean. Encredibly accommodating on payment arrangements. Minimum one hour minimum labor charge plus parts for both jobs.

I called and was quoted a price, within a week the service was completed. I was very pleased with this company.

They were very friendly and polite. They were willing to work with you and not try to impose their ideas. They respect your wishes and work with you. They were not just trying to make a buck. They did a quality job.

They had it all planned out with 2 people. First they removed the old water heater, then installed the new water heater and checked all the plumbing associated with the water heater. After that project was finished one person worked on the water filter install and the other worked to fix the leaky pipe. It went fairly smoothly. They knew what to do and had the parts they needed when they encountered any problems. I liked them and would definitely call them again if I have plumbing project.

After finding out that a contractor I used had done a poor job resulting in a chronic leak in a supposedly new faucet, I was lucky enough to find Dolcini Plumbing! Bill was able to make a repair. Alas, we expect it only to last a few years, but the thought of tearing out tile that was done in 2009 was unfathomable. I dealt with Dolcini via long distance. They coordinated with my tenant to schedule the work. I received a glowing report from my tenant who is meticulous. He even used booties! The faucet no longer leaks or wastes water. The tenant and I are both happy!

They are prompt, dependable and have always done a good job. I like them. They are also not creepy to have around our kids. Their pricing is comparable to everyone that we have priced, but we like them better. They always show up.

Jason Dolcini was prompt, courteous, professional, and competent. He explained what he was doing each step of the way, and was polite at all times. He snaked the clean-out line a total of four times with three different bits. We were back in business in just over an hour. It was great service by a local, family-owned business!

They are dependable and polite. I feel comfortable with them being around my family. They look trustworthy, and have come in emergency's right away. Their pricing is a little higher than other companies, but I use them because I trust them and I know they can get the job done. They never recommend things that don't need to be done.
